↑ MIRACLE: Randi Steffensen received a repaired large hole in a tooth with new tooth substance after prayer at Telekirken.
Randi Hånes Steffensen has previously worked in several places in the Vefsn municipality. She has, among other things, been a secretary at a law office, worked at Mosjøen Weaving Mill and at a telecommunication office. Now she is on disability pension. Originally, she comes from Leirfjord, but moved to Mosjøen in her teens.
Good teeth?
Two years ago, the dentist said she had good teeth and did not need to come back for two years. Time has passed, and the other day she received a summons for a new check-up. Over the course of four–five months, a molar on the left side of the lower jaw acted up. Here is her story:
“Thirty years ago, a dentist found out that I had periodontitis, gum inflammation. Therefore, the dentist advised me to clean my teeth with small toothpicks to reduce the inflammation. I was afraid that the tooth would break and was careful when I ate.
Four–five months ago, I discovered that a cavity had formed in one of the teeth in the lower jaw on the left side. The cavity eventually became large. A few months ago, I chewed on something hard. It turned out to be a part of the tooth that had broken apart. The cavity started at the top of the tooth and extended quite a way down into the gumline. It was about a cm long and went half a cm into the tooth. The large cavity was jagged and deep. Half the tooth was gone!” says Randi thoughtfully.

Jesus Heals Ministries has, since February 2006, arranged a telechurch every Wednesday at 20:00 and 21:00. Here, anyone can call in and connect. There is room for 500 listeners, and everyone can hear everyone. Many thousands participate here every year. A few years ago, an NRK program won an award for a segment about the Telechurch.
Randi had heard about our Telechurch and had been there and listened to my preaching, testimonies of healing, and heard many prayers. She had never sought prayer for the damaged tooth. If you have a cavity, you naturally go to the dentist, she thought.
Randi was sure: “If I had gone to the dentist, I think he would have filed down half the tooth and rebuilt it, or just extracted it.”
Miracles in the Telechurch
But God wanted it differently. In the past few weeks, three different telechurch visitors have experienced a nearly empty oil bottle becoming almost full! And for one of them, it happened twice, in two different meetings! And it always happened after I had prayed to God for His power to refill the bottle with anointing. God simply created more oil in the nearly empty bottles! Much to the amazement!
During the prayer for the sick on Wednesday, June 2nd, this year, I suddenly thought I would pray for those with cavities.
“I ask You, God, to heal teeth with cavities. Fill them with gold, silver, or dental substance. In Jesus' name, amen.”
During the prayer, Randi placed a hand on her left cheek, over the tooth with the large cavity. “I didn’t believe that God could fill cavity-filled teeth. Besides, I didn’t want either gold or silver in any tooth, only pure dental substance,” says Randi with a laugh. Still, she had the door of faith slightly ajar.
Randi didn’t notice anything special during the prayer in the Telechurch. She was home alone that evening. Her husband was on a trip to Oslo. After the meeting in the Telechurch, around 10 PM, she had a little supper and watched some TV. Then she brushed her teeth and got ready for bed. It was only then that she noticed a change in her mouth.

“Can this be possible?”
“It felt like I had been treated by a dentist. It felt like the tooth with the large cavity had become more solid and reinforced with stronger roots,” she says, amazed. When she tried to remove food particles from the cavity in the damaged tooth, there was no longer a cavity there! She searched and picked with a toothpick but could not find the cavity. She searched in vain. Then it began to dawn on her: Svein-Magne had prayed to God for a dental miracle – and now it had happened!
“I was so happy that I sent a gift to Jesus Heals Ministries and added a red heart. About twenty times I had to look at myself in the mirror to be sure that a miracle had really happened. Then I went to sleep, but I had to get up in the middle of the night to look at myself in the bathroom mirror. The hole was gone, both in the molar and in the neck of the tooth! I was afraid that I would lose the miracle when I woke up the next morning.”
The next morning I called my husband who was on a trip in Oslo: ‘I’ve got a new tooth!’ But he didn’t believe it could be possible. ‘It must be that you brushed your teeth with a good toothpaste,’ he replied jokingly.”

In Mosjøen, there is a happy 65-year-old who does not hide her joy. To me, she says: “I am so happy, you cannot imagine! Can this be possible? This is just incredible!”
Randi is quiet by nature. Nevertheless, she has told a few friends about the miracle. Soon, it will likely be more. Such rumors spread quickly! Her daughter and others in her family had seen the large hole and heard her complain about the bad tooth. She and several others can testify to a miracle from God!
God has not stopped performing miracles. He has not amputated His creative power. God can even create new teeth! This is just the beginning of something much greater. Welcome to the Telechurch!
