God is prophetic. The Bible has something to say directly to us—every day. Jesus said: “The sheep hear his voice” (John 10:3). Prophetic speech is God-inspired speech directly to us in a specific situation, private, to others, to our nation, and to the world.
The Bible is a prophetic book. Twenty-seven percent of its content is prophetic. One might wonder: Why are His people so little interested in the prophetic word and the gift of speaking prophetically, prophetic anointing? The prophetic gift and the prophetic ministry need to be nurtured, preached, and given space. Our time reminds me of the spiritual situation in the days of the prophet Samuel:
“The word of the Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation.”
1 Sam 3:1
God has something new to say to us personally every day. We need to learn to shut out the “voices” so that we can hear the VOICE. We need to learn to listen to what God has to say to us through His Spirit, a rhema from God for today. Not everything is written in the Bible. It doesn’t say which job I should have or where I should live. We need daily guidance from God’s Spirit, based on God’s word.
God often gives me direct messages for myself, but also for others. I often share my prophetic gift and words of knowledge at Telekirken. Many have been excited about it. And many more have joined these meetings every Wednesday at 20:00 and 21:00.
From now on, I will share with you in our online magazine what message God has for you. The prophetic word is given to us for “edification, exhortation, and comfort” (1 Cor 14:3). It comes from God's heart to reveal His will in the present, directly to you (or others) here and now. Let His Spirit bring light into your darkness and give direction for your or others’ lives. Here, as elsewhere, the saying applies:
“Test all things; hold fast what is good.”
1 Thess 5:21
There are aspects of God’s heart that are only released through spoken prophetic words. Many spiritual power resources lie in spiritual dormancy and need to be exposed through prophetic speech. Paul says:
“Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good.”
1 Thess 5:18–21
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy.”
Acts 2:17–18

Prophetic Words
“I have given you a strong spiritual weapon that is waiting to be used: the confession of My will and My word. I want you, my child, to begin to confess My promises into situations that need deliverance. Jericho's walls fell only when the people ‘shouted with a great shout, and the wall fell down flat. Then the people went up into the city and took it.’ (Josh 6:20) What did they shout? They shouted out the victory over the city that God had previously promised them. ‘Victory, Hallelujah!’
You have let your walls of problems speak to you and discourage you. I have given you a weapon in your heart and in your mouth. What I speak to you, you shall speak out. Not just think My will, but speak out My will. Stop letting the walls in your life discourage you. I have planted in your spirit a spiritual power source through the confession of My will, My word. Confess and proclaim My will and My word loudly—until the walls fall.”
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”
Heb 10:23
