These were the words of Israel's leader, Joshua, to his people the day before the Jordan miracle. The priests were to first carry the ark into the Jordan. Then the miracle would happen: God would stop the water in the Jordan, and the people, numbering around four million, would then be able to walk across on dry ground. And it happened! The ark is a symbol of Jesus. In His name, miracles shall happen. The priests were God's consecrated servants who were instrumental in bringing about this great miracle.
