Many people have great inner struggles. They go through “various trials” (1 Peter 1:6). But the Bible says that our “tested faith” is “much more precious than perishable gold!” (1 Peter 1:7). Important truths are worth fighting for!

Today I pray especially for those who have issues related to finances, health, school, work, family problems, and inner personal problems. God always has a solution to all difficulties and problems. If we look at the problems once, we must look ten times at the Solver of problems, Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is called the “Spirit of counsel and of might” (Isaiah 11:2). He sees open doors where we only see an impenetrable wall. Faith in God's promises through everything does not give up but endures until help comes. It pleases God to help His children “obtain their rights” (Luke 18:7), “in due time” (Hebrews 4:16).

“I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.”

“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.”
Proverbs 17:17

In difficult times we need to help each other. We must not be so proud that we dare not seek help from someone we can trust.

Many problems disappear on their own over time. And some problems arise from fear that something might happen. Psychologists have found out that 80 percent of the problems we humans have are unnecessary fears over something that does not happen. In other words: Unnecessary worry. We spend a lot of time and energy on something that never happens.

Here is a good piece of advice from the Bible:

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Psalms 55:22
