↑ CONSEQUENCE: God weighs in the balance when nations spread hatred and contempt against Israel and the Jewish people.
Norway’s Future is Placed in God’s Balance. We have been showered with God’s blessings, but we have turned our backs on Him. What now?
All is not dark when it comes to Norway. We have many Christian organizations that advocate for Israel, and God appreciates our missionary activities around the world.
At the Telekirken in mid-September, about 30 people expressed their desire to be saved. Around 200 were present. Such trends are being experienced by many around Norway. Norway is not spiritually closed. But the socialist and Israel-hostile stance that many of Norway’s political leaders have, and their approval of Israel’s enemies is outrageous and a great stain on Norway’s “record.” They shower them with millions of kroner. These funds are used to purchase an abundance of weapons that are used against God’s people.
This is so serious that I doubt God can overlook this and not allow it to have consequences. But Israel must endure criticism where criticism is just. The prophets in the Old Testament were not lenient towards their leaders and people when they broke God’s commandments. But God’s word still holds that He will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who do not (Genesis 12:3). We speak of those who instead incite antisemitic hatred against this people. Yet, Jerusalem will still be a “burdensome stone for all peoples. All who heave it away will surely hurt themselves” (Zechariah 12:3).
Those who unjustly go against Jerusalem and Israel will hurt themselves. And here, judgment rests upon Norway. Norway is in the balance these days. Our task is still to save as many as possible.
