Many are bullied at school and in leisure time and experience emotional damage. They become nervous, withdraw into themselves, and hide away. Can God help such people? Here is a testimony from a grandmother in Northern Norway.
“My grandchild aged 15 had tics with facial grimaces. He couldn’t help it himself. At school, he was bullied and had no friends. Eventually, he didn't dare sit in the same classroom as the other students in his class. Therefore, he got to sit by himself in a separate room with his own teacher. This lasted for two years.
In the spring of 2025, I decided to call Svein-Magne to get prayer for him. I called him twice. After these two prayers, everything changed. He became more and more outgoing. Just before school started in the fall of 2025, he suddenly said to me one day: “Grandma, when I start school again in the fall, I’m going to make friends and be in the same classroom as the others. I will raise my hand and answer questions from the teacher.”
The parents noticed that their son had changed. The teachers at school also noticed the change.
From the school year 2025–2026, my grandchild is back in the same classroom as the others, after being away from the class for two school years. He has gotten much better mentally and gained more self-confidence. The other students have warmly welcomed him and have stopped bullying him. And now he has made friends again.
As a grandmother, I have been very worried about how things would turn out for him in the future. Therefore, I called Svein-Magne and received prayer. I told him that God had helped him because of prayer.
What has happened is absolutely incredible! Now it’s all joy and happiness,” says a happy grandmother on the phone recently.
