On October 28, Solveig turned 76. I want to give her great honor for who she is and what she does.
As usual, working in a 100 percent position, no vacation or quiet times. It goes on non-stop. Phones are queued up and many want an anointing cloth and "Miracle Oil." At the birthday, she brought two boxes full of "oil letters" to the sick who want prayer and more power from God for healing. She answers many thousands of emails from home and abroad.
Solveig is the administrative leader at Jesus Heals Ministries. She is kind, fair, and true through and through. She works diligently and is humble, frugal, and not out to be seen. When she attended Halden Teacher School, she was once called "the walking encyclopedia." She proofreads almost everything I write and is my best critic. Solveig is knowledgeable, a "reference book" for me. And she is always happy to meet our seven grandchildren. They are now all at our mission field in Canada.
Solveig has in abundant measure received the gift of wisdom. This has been a great help for God's kingdom and myself. The answers she gives to any critics leave them stunned and speechless.
Solveig has participated in mission trips at home and abroad. The meetings have lasted up to 15–16 hours. For many years we organized Miracle Saturday at our center. Solveig welcomed many thousands of visitors - well into the night.
Happy birthday, dear Solveig. You deserved a gold medal for faithfulness and diligence in work. The Lord shall reward you back!
