↑ EDEMA: Before the healing, both legs were swollen and full of water due to heart failure. Today, the man's legs are slim and nice again.
The old car mechanic, aged 87, started experiencing heart failure last autumn. He was admitted to the hospital in Skien. The condition got worse and worse. Due to heart failure, his legs became as thick as logs.
The man became so sick that the doctor thought it was nearing the end. Therefore, the doctor called his closest family and said they should come to say farewell to their relative. One of his closest friends then called me and asked for prayer for him. He called only once.
Soon after, the heart started to get better. He became so well that he eventually could go home. The man was offered home help, but he didn't want it. He felt so good that he didn't need anything like that. “There is nothing wrong with me,” he said to one of his friends. Now he shops at the Herkules shopping center in Skien and is doing very well. God healed his heart.
The legs that looked like two logs are now slim and fine. What the doctors couldn't do, Jesus did. But it didn't happen automatically. The prayer of faith was needed—and a friend who called me and asked for prayer for him. This time, one prayer was enough. Other times, many more are needed before we achieve victory.
“Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”
Psalm 50:15 NKJV
I thank God for the amazing service God by His grace has given us! And thank you to those who pray for us and support us. For then even more can happen!
