↑ IN PRAYER AND FAITH: We can grasp God’s promises of renewal and new strength. The Bible reminds us that the Holy Spirit can give life and strength to our mortal bodies.
How can we slow down the aging process and renew the entire body? The Bible says that God can:
“give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.”
Romans 8:11
Let us pray together: “Thank You, Lord, for the generous offer to believers. I invite the Holy Spirit to let His power flow through all of me, internal and external organs. Create life in all weak cells and worn tissue. Strengthen the bone structure so that it withstands many years of pressure, stress, and work. Let the heart become strong and let all the arteries in the body be cleansed from waste and plaque. Renew all brain cells so that the memory is impeccable. You have promised it in Your promises.”
“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have NO might He increases STRENGTH. ... But those who wait on the Lord shall RENEW their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:29, 31
“Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is RENEWED like the eagle’s.”
Psalm 103:5
Here is something we can reach for in faith! Take possession of the promises by reading them, meditating on and studying them, and loudly confessing them—until they become a part of yourself.
