Jesus Heals Ministries (JHM) is a religious foundation with a Christian profile. It was approved by the county governor in Vest-Agder on April 6, 1990. The main purpose is mission and evangelism on interdenominational grounds. Salvation and intercession for the sick are two of the main purposes.
JHM was started by Solveig and Svein-Magne Pedersen and Bjørn Grunnvåg. The foundation has a board, accountant, and auditor who ensure that the foundation complies with the Foundation Act.
The foundation's journal is called Healing. The first issue was published in December 1990. In 1991, Svein-Magne started the publishing house Healing Publishing, where he publishes his books. To date, he has written 21 books, most of them about healing through prayer. Solveig has written the book Forgiveness, the Path to Peace, Freedom, and Progress. Svein-Magne has created two Bible courses, one on Christianity and salvation (“The Passport to Heaven”) and one on healing (“The Nazarene School”). On December 2, 2008, the foundation moved into its own center in Vennesla, Norway, with a meeting hall, prayer room, canteen, lobby, 15 offices, storage, and a large, modern TV studio.

↑ HEALING: The first issue of Healing was published in 1990 and has since been the foundation's journal for communication with its followers. From 2025, the magazine is available both in print and as an online magazine. The online edition is published parallelly in both Norwegian and English.
At the mission center we receive close to 100,000 phone calls, letters, and emails each year. People seek intercession here and at meetings around Norway and abroad.

↑ THE PHONE: Almost every day throughout the year, Svein-Magne Pedersen has conversations with people seeking healing for body and mind, and salvation for their soul. The phone has always been the most important link between people who wish to have a conversation with Svein-Magne directly.

↑ ANOINTED MIRACLES: After JHM started sending anointing oil to people seeking healing, feedback on healings has flooded in. A lot of time goes to praying for the oil bottles to be sent out, but there is also a lot of work involved in filling the bottles, packing the envelopes, and sending them to the correct recipients. Fortunately, this work is possible thanks to most of those who receive oil contributing with monetary gifts that support the mission's work. PHOTO: Jesus Heals Ministries
Canadian foundation. On July 21, 1994, Solveig and Svein-Magne started the Jesus Heals Ministries Society in British Columbia, Canada. Svein-Magne was a pastor in two Canadian congregations from 1982–1988. The entire Pedersen family became Canadian citizens. Therefore, Solveig and Svein-Magne hold Canada dear to their hearts. The goal of the Canadian foundation was to call missionaries from Norway to Canada to evangelize among indigenous people and Caucasians there. From 1997 to 2017, JHM supported an indigenous Pentecostal congregation in British Columbia. JHM has had several missionaries on the field in Canada over the years.

↑ CITIZENSHIP: Svein-Magne and the family obtained Canadian citizenship on July 13, 1989. At that time, Svein-Magne had been a pastor in two Canadian congregations. During that period, Svein-Magne also acquired a traditional “headdress” as a souvenir. This is used by chiefs on special occasions.

TV broadcasts. In 2005, JHM began producing its own TV programs, which are now broadcast over Norway, Canada, Africa, and all of Asia, and for some years also Europe. Many thousands have reported being saved through these programs. We broadcast our programs on the world's largest satellites, covering around 120 countries.
Mission in the world's largest country – India. Svein-Magne has become acquainted with skilled Christian leaders from India and Africa. Together with Indian leaders, JHM (English: Jesus Heals Ministries, JHM) initiated a collaboration with them to spread the gospel in India with its 1.5 billion people. It is the world's most populous country. India is also the world's largest mission field, where nearly 90 percent of the population is considered unreached. If the number of Christians in a people group is less than 2 percent, they are considered unreached. In practice, they have so little influence on the people group that they are seen as unreached.

Foundation with Bible school. On November 30, 2023, Jesus Heals Ministries (JHM) in collaboration with the Indian foundation Advent, started a foundation and a Bible school with 2000 students from one to three years. This is a decentralized Bible school with 75 teachers in 75 locations. PATH INSTITUTE was the name given to the foundation and Bible school. It is India's largest Bible school. As a foundation, we are obligated to help the weak and poor people in different ways. Authorities check us several times a year to see if we comply with the Indian laws for a foundation. Principal Dibya has done much social aid work to satisfy the authorities' requirements. Representatives from the authorities have checked us several times and have given us approval for what is being done. The foundation with the Bible school was approved by the Indian school authorities on November 30, 2023. That such a thing could happen was a miracle.

Opposition. The leading Hindu party has a lot of power and influence in the country and aims to make the country a place for only Hindus. The party does all it can to stop all Christian activities in the country. 80 percent of the population in India belongs to Hinduism, 3–5 percent are Christians, 14 percent are Muslims, 2 percent are Sikhs, and 1 percent belong to Buddhism.
Principal Dibya has over many years as a pastor educated many preachers. They, along with himself, have started a total of around 2460 congregations in five states in India. This constitutes around 300,000 members. All these congregations are under the umbrella of JHM along with the Advent foundation.
Wells for the untouchables. In 2015, JHM began building wells among the poorest, India's untouchables. From 2018, evangelist Timothi in the state of Andhra Pradesh was hired with responsibility for building wells among the untouchables. JHM also wanted him to evangelize with our salvation tract in the Telugu language and purchased a Tuk-Tuk for the purpose. Women tend to walk many kilometers to find water, and the water they find is contaminated by animals and humans. To date, JHM has built 25 wells where over 100,000 have received clean water, thus avoiding illness and death. There is a great need, and many are asking JHM for help to build wells in their villages. Many new wells are awaiting construction. The foundation's supporting partners have given and continue to give support to this important project. Such an act of love leads people to more readily accept Jesus. On each well is engraved: “Jesus Heals Ministries.” Then the inhabitants know that it was not Hindus or Muslims, but Christians who provided them with clean water.

School for illiterates. In India, there are around 280 million illiterates. In November 2024, the leaders in India started a school for illiterates. The first class had around 1500 students, distributed across 50 different villages and with 50 teachers. The school lasts for 12 months. Here the students learn to read, write, and do arithmetic. And they also hear about the gospel! Dibya can tell that nearly half of the students tend to be saved during the study period. The latest class (from November 2025) has as many as 5244 students! Now the school has 100 teachers who teach students at 100 different locations in two states in India. Both the Bible school PATH INSTITUTE and the illiterate school are under the umbrella of JHM and Advent. In total, 7244 students! After one year of school, a new school year begins with new students at both schools – and with at least as many students!

↑ ILLITERATE SCHOOL: There is a tremendous need for teaching illiterates in India. Learning to read and write is important to get families out of poverty. But also to be able to read the Bible and other edifying literature.PHOTO: Path Institute
Evangelist school: The Evangelist school was started in 2024. It began with 76 evangelists attending a 15-month evangelist course. Here theory and practice go hand in hand. The school aims to build many new congregations each year. The students evangelize and lead many people to God. The last class of evangelists helped start 94 new house churches, all with their own leaders. Over 400 sought salvation.
In October 2025, we started a new evangelist course of 15 months, this time with as many as 245 students, spread across seven locations. A significant increase in one year, from 75 to 245 students!
JHM conducts evangelism in Africa, with a center in the country of Benin. African journalist and evangelist Laurent leads the work. From here, the TV program “The Miracle is Yours,” is dubbed into French and broadcast on the world's largest satellite to all of Africa (1.4 billion, 54 countries). Laurent also evangelizes with my tract “5 Minutes to Heaven,” as well as my Bible course, “The Passport to Heaven,” parts 1 and 2. He himself has translated both the tract and the Bible course into French and has many students taking the course.
JHM has TV broadcasts over Asia. From Lahore in Pakistan, the TV program The Miracle is Yours is broadcast on the world's largest satellite, to all of Asia every day of the week. Each year, the TV company reports around 13,000 who declare having been saved by watching the programs that broadcast over Asia's approximately 70 countries. The TV company believes our program has a clear message about salvation. Many of the 13,000 reports of salvation can be attributed to our TV program. Altogether, our satellites cover around 120 countries, where a total of six billion people reside.

YouTube: Several tens of JHM's TV programs can be watched around the clock on YouTube. Many take advantage of this opportunity to receive JHM's message about health and salvation.
Since 2017/2018, JHM has had four regular missionaries in Canada. They work from three centers and reach out to many people in the world's second-largest country. They belong to congregations in Canada and evangelize from there to many people. One of the workers translates some of Svein-Magne's books from Norwegian to English. Every Sunday, the TV program “The Miracle is Yours” airs over Canada, with English subtitles. Thousands watch the program and many contact JHM's associates there.

Sometimes, due to financial reasons, we must pause the programs, only to resume them when the economy improves.
The four missionaries have attended prophecy schools in Canada and have become skilled at reaching out to people with the gospel in a powerful way.
