↑ HEALED: Now the former sailor Olav no longer needs to lie with his head propped up in bed.
In Hennes in Vesterålen lives former ship electrician Olav Arntsen (82). A few years ago, he contacted me and received prayer for a severe back ailment. God healed him! Olav has previously been a sailor for 45 years. Half his life, he has had a significant stomach issue: reflux.
At the hospital, the doctors discovered that it was reflux. Here, he was not offered surgery, only medical treatment. It didn't help at all. Olav holds our magazine, Legedom. Constant Reflux
Olav suffered greatly due to reflux. The sphincter did not close when it should. When it remained open, Olav got stomach acid up in his throat. The acid created sores in the throat. He had to lie with his head elevated to avoid getting stomach acid in his throat. This is how Olav describes what it was like to live with reflux:
“I have had reflux since the ’80s. It has led to burning sensation, a sore throat, and chest pain. When I picked berries in the forest, sometimes I got stomach acid all the way up in my mouth and had to vomit. At night, I could only lie on my left side. I had to have an extra pillow under my head to prevent the stomach acid from coming up into my mouth,” says Olav, frustrated.
The Miracle Drops
Olav talks about what happened then: “I received the letter with the oil one day in February this year, opened the bottle, and applied a drop of oil over my stomach. I didn’t feel anything special then, but when I woke up the next morning, I was surprised. My stomach felt much better! Before I went to bed again, I applied another drop of oil from Israel over my stomach. Then I went to bed. Imagine, when I woke up the next morning, I was completely healed of reflux! The pains in my stomach and throat were gone,” said a relieved Olav to me on the phone in 2024.
