A few years ago, a family of four drove from Spillum near Namsos to my healing office at Sundby in Saltdalen. The need was great for Gunn Rigmor Bjørkås (74). She had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Here is her medical history:

“I had found a large lump in the left breast. It was the size of an almond. After an examination at St. Olavs Hospital in Trondheim, the doctors there determined: I had breast cancer. The biopsy was unmistakable. A doctor there called me into his office and said, ‘You have an aggressive form of cancer and have two to five years left to live.’ This information came as a shock to me,” says Gunn.

Now awaited an operation at the hospital in Namsos.

“I had heard about Svein-Magne’s work and had a subscription to the magazine Legedom. At that time, he had an office in a house at Sundby in Saltdalen. I, along with three others in my family, drove there. I did not notice anything special when Svein-Magne prayed for me, but it still felt safe and good to receive prayer. After the prayer, we drove home, hopeful. We were anxious to see what the result would be. A few days later, the large lump began to shrink in size. After a few days, it was only about five millimeters large,” Gunn can happily report. Victory was achieved in the end:

“A few days later, the lump was removed at the hospital in Namsos. It was sent to St. Olavs Hospital for examination. Three weeks later, my regular doctor could inform that the lump the doctors had removed at the hospital in Namsos was no longer cancerous. I thanked God and was extremely happy that He had healed me of breast cancer! The trip to Sundby was worth it. Since then, I have been cancer-free. My entire family rejoices over the miracle.”

Experiencing a miracle has left its mark on the mind of the 74-year-old from Spillum:

“Not a day goes by without me thanking God for the miracle at Sundby! I was doomed, but God saved my life through prayer. I also thank God that Svein-Magne perseveres and prays for the sick!”
