Do you believe in ghosts? Well, a woman certainly does who experienced one up close. She found that strange things started happening in her peaceful home.

Her elderly husband became ill and needed help from the home nursing service. Three-quarters of a year ago, he received daily visits from nurses who cared for the man. There were many different nurses who stopped by the home to care for the man. After a while, the man was admitted to a nursing home and died in July 2023.

No one else had lived in the house, only the couple and their children. The place has always been a place of peace. But early in the spring of 2023, the idyll turned into unease. "My husband built the house in 1958, but we have never experienced anything like this," the woman says on the phone.

This is how it started

Shortly after the home nurses began daily home visits to care for her sick husband, the elderly woman began to see shadows or a gray silhouette of a person moving in the house. She could see them anywhere in the house several times a week. This was a creepy experience. She could also hear scratching or thudding sounds. The peaceful home was haunted by an unnatural presence.

These shadows and sounds could be experienced at all hours of the day, but most often in the evenings.

The elderly woman was visited by a close friend several times, both before and after her husband died. She could also see shadows and the silhouette of a gray figure and heard strange noises. She realized it was not just imagination. Once, she heard someone walking up the stairs to the attic where her bedroom was. She thought it was the woman who owned the house coming, but she hadn't been there. The woman felt uneasy.

The elderly woman realized that the house had been taken over by spiritual forces. She had to do something. She made the sign of the cross on all the doors and asked the devil to leave the house in Jesus' name. It was quiet for the rest of the day. But the next day, the spiritual forces returned. She did this several times without getting rid of the spiritual forces. The unrest and shadows returned the next day.

“Expel evil spirits”

The woman had the magazine Healing and was well acquainted with our missionary work. One day in November 2023, she called me and asked for help. Quite often, people call to get help against spiritual forces and "hauntings" in houses. Several have gotten rid of spiritual forces with the help of prayer, authoritative words, and anointing cloths. Four anointing cloths were sent to her. I told her what to do with them and sent them to her. The woman attached an anointing cloth to the doorframe of the outer door and other places in the house where she had seen shadows.

Two to three days later, the woman woke up with a bang at three o'clock in the morning. The outer door was slammed shut hard. Right after, she could hear a short, coarse, and angry growl. After this, it has been quiet in the house. The unease is gone!

“Now I have peace in our home. I felt I had to call you to thank you for the help,” says a happy and grateful woman to me on the phone. “My children are also happy about what has happened. Now we have peace and a good spirit in our home.”

The Bible says “the gospel is the power of God”. I have prayed over the anointing cloths, and the power has adhered to them. Demons are spiritual forces that reacted to God's Spirit radiating from the anointing cloths. The demon was scared and could no longer stay in the house. During Paul's ministry, the same thing happened. People took handkerchiefs and aprons that he had worn and laid them on the sick and possessed “and the evil spirits went out of them” (Acts 19:12).

The devil is terrified of the Spirit's power! This story can also confirm that!
