↑ ILLUSTRATION IMAGE: Idar was at risk of losing his license due to glaucoma, but after prayers at Svein-Magne's office, his eyesight improved so much that he was able to keep his license anyway.
Idar from Sandefjord, originally from Honningsvåg, had suffered from glaucoma for over 30 years. Due to this eye disease, his vision deteriorated over time.
The ophthalmologist in Eastern Norway checked my vision on October 27, 2025. My vision had become so much worse that I was at risk of losing my driver's license. The general practitioner contacted an ophthalmologist. He sent Idar to an optician. The examination showed that his vision had weakened. His peripheral vision was particularly poor. The eye specialist looked at him and said worriedly:
“Your vision is so poor that your driver's license is at risk.”
Afraid of losing the driver's license
Idar was shocked because without a car, life would be much harder to live. The ophthalmologist gave him a limited time until January 21, 2026. If his vision was as poor then as it was now, he would lose the license.
“Were you afraid of losing the license?” I asked.
“Yes, are you crazy!” replied Idar quickly.
I know Idar from several visits to our healing center a few years earlier. Now he again wanted a session for prayer here. He arrived on November 30, 2025. He sat securely on the “miracle chair” in the prayer room. I stood behind him and held my hands over his eyes while I sent God's power into his vision-impaired eyes.
This is how he describes what happened: “While you prayed for me, I got a strange feeling in my eyes. It tingled inside them. It felt as if something was moving in there. You then said: ‘God is in the process of operating on your eyes.’”
Back at the optician
On December 12, 2025, Idar was back with the optician. After a thorough examination, the optician could astonishingly determine that the peripheral vision, and his vision in general, had become much better than before.
On this day, a happy 77-year-old could declare: “I am no longer at risk. My vision has greatly improved. I got to keep the license!”
Idar has no doubt that God gave him good vision. He does not regret the trip to Vennesla, Norway on October 30, 2025!
