This means that we can correspond with him, that we have the ability for ethical thinking, and we live eternally. Humans have been programmed by God to become who we are.

We are created with a built-in “walkie-talkie”: We can receive signals from heaven and we can respond to them through prayer. Yes, we are programmed by God Himself. When I studied sociology at a Canadian university a few years ago, the non-Christian professor said: “There is something that is the same for all humans, something common to all cultures and nations: People believe in a god in one form or another.” I said amen in my heart.

Yes, some have become atheists, but then they must be “reprogrammed” through external influence. When we preach the gospel to other nations who have not heard of the Christian God, there is some form of belief in a god. The platform, the belief in an invisible god, is already there. We just have to give it the right content: the gospel. That is my calling, to reach the ends of the earth with the gospel. And we need resources for that.
