I remember my teacher in elementary school once told us students about the scientist Thomas Alva Edison and how he managed to invent the light bulb. Two thousand times he tried different methods to get the light bulb to work, but failed every time. A journalist then asked him how he could endure for so long. He replied: “I did not fail even once. I just found two thousand ways it didn't work.”

Edison can teach us a lesson about not letting go of our dreams and our faith in answered prayers. Do not let people take away your faith in healing. If He has given you a promise on it, it will happen in God's timing—just hold on. Just keep praying and hoping for a miracle. I have very many examples of sick people who have been healed after several tens of intercessions by me. It may seem as if God accumulates intercessions and that they help to strengthen the attack against the negative force that the illness represents, hence: Plus against minus.
