Paul and Barnabas recount miracles in the congregation in Antioch:
Now when they had come and gathered the church together, they reported all that God had done with them, and that He had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and Asthma
I am 64 years old and had been smoking since I was 18. The doctor found out that I had developed COPD and asthma. I had mucus in my lungs and wheezing when I breathed. Last Thursday, I contacted you and you prayed for the COPD. When I went to bed that evening, there was no longer any wheezing in my throat. It became much easier to breathe—as if someone had come and opened up the airways. Yesterday, I was back at the doctor. The doctor measured my lung capacity. It was at 90! The doctor said, “I thought we would start treatment for your COPD today, but now you have clean lungs!” He understood nothing. I have stopped using asthma medication. There is no longer any wheezing in my throat, and I have clean lungs. I also no longer have trouble climbing stairs. I have been healed of COPD and asthma!
No Longer Angina
At the hospital in Bodø, the doctors found out that I had developed angina. When I cycled on an exercise bike there, I felt pain in my chest. The doctors discovered I had a blocked artery. That’s when I decided to contact you. I called you in October 2011. When you prayed for me, I felt nothing. But later in the day, I felt very warm. I felt a tearing sensation in my chest. I had never felt anything like it before. This lasted for five minutes, then all the pain disappeared. Since then, I have felt no pain in my chest. A month ago, I was back at the hospital for a check-up. I cycled on the exercise bike again. This time, I felt no pain in my chest. The doctors took a new blood test and found that I was healed. “We don’t understand what has happened to you,” the doctor said to me. I had come to the hospital for angioplasty for the blocked artery, but I avoided having surgery. Now I can exert myself, walk up hills and stairs without feeling any chest pain—as I did before. A doctor at the hospital said, “You are healthy. Everything is fine.”
