Healed from Flat Feet

My whole life, I have had flat feet. It was diagnosed in 7th grade at elementary school. At that time, I began using insoles in my shoes. They were made of steel. I used these for several years. Wear and Tear in the Shoulder Joint

I had wear and inflammation in the shoulder joint on the left side. The issues came after many years of being a nurse.
