December 17
The one who wishes to be healed must pray in faith, without doubting:
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. Let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord.
James 1:6–7 (NKJV)

“You need to learn to live with ulcerative colitis”
Six years ago, I started bleeding from the intestine. A doctor at the hospital in Moss examined me and found out that I had developed ulcerative colitis, inflammation of the colon. He said that I just had to learn to live with it. I would have ulcerative colitis for the rest of my life. I was given tablets that I had to take every day, two in the morning and two in the evening. At this time, I was running to the restroom many times a day.
Exhausted jaw joint
Painful experiences in my family led to severe stress. I began to clench my teeth both day and night. This almost constant pressure on the jaw joints caused damage on both sides of my jaw. Eventually, my jaw locked. Both jaw joints had become worn out. I could only open my mouth half a centimeter. It was difficult to eat because I could only get a straw in between my teeth. This was a traumatic experience for me. In this desperate situation, I consulted a dentist, a doctor, and an orthodontist. But none of them could help me. The doctor said that surgery was the last solution to the problem. There was little chance of recovering through surgery.
