Can God protect us from illness? The topic is seldom preached, but when COVID-19 started, the issue became relevant. I wrote the book The Gospel of God's Protection. I went through the entire Bible and found numerous promises and examples that God can protect against both illness and accidents.

But there is no automatism in it. We must do our part, and God will do His. Here is a well-known promise:

“And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.”

Exodus 23:25 (NKJV)

I presented a new theological concept: “The Divine Triangle.”

In short, it means three things:

Read the Word or promise on which you base your faith.

Meditate on the Word, with thankfulness and much prayer.

Proclaim the Word loudly several times a day.

This means that through faith and the confession of the promise, you release God's power for protection. New diseases may knock on our door, but God's Word is God's medicine against all ailments. It is the strongest, for it was through the Word He created the world (Psalm 33:9; Hebrews 11:3).

God has given us the key to protection and healing. Let us make use of it.
